The Free Radicals of Innovation training materials from the Innovation Center are flexible and thought provoking. We use them in our intensive Lean Sigma training program; the Free Radicals content fits very well with the 'Improve' step of the DMAIC approach. The Free Radicals video is very positively received by participants and is a useful discussion stimulator. I find the materials easy to use and the exercises are great for energetic break-outs.
