One of the most effective mechanisms ever devised to demonstrate the power of collaboration is the Marooned: NASA’s Survival on the Moon exercise. A teambuilding exercise for management teams, new leadership teams, or other teams, it emphasizes the nature of collaborative teams demonstrating that a team skilled in collaboration utilizes all the talents and skills of individual members making success much more likely.
